Just change/Create your IDEA GPRS Setting by Below setting.
APN:mmsc OR imis
Proxy:010.004.042.015
Port:8080
Homepage:https://concealme.com
OR : https://freemenet.com
OR : https://flyproxy.com
OR : https://kproxy.com
( dont forget to put "s" after http ) working with great speed also ( its work for me on higher balance but when its not work then try at low balance )
