STEP 1===first of all deactivate ur default plan.

download any handler which u want or the latest.

step 3 ===
make new stteting for acees point as--
Name-rcomwap
proxy ip-10.239.221.22
port-8080
access point-rcomwap
and then activate this as default access point.
step 4===
open any handler app.
select custom profile.
leave all as default,other than use proxys settings.geneally it lies at last
now change use proxy to---- http
in proxy server box put --------0.facebook.com.beta.oper-mini.netthis is for opera mini
change this according to ur app.
THATS IT NOW U CAN BROWSE AND DOWNLOAD LIKE PAID NET.
